Neighbors caring about neighbors!

The Caring Neighbors Fund has been created by individuals in the Wamego community to help people needing financial support after a cancer diagnosis. Caring Neighbors was created in 2015 to help a husband and wife in the Wamego community who were diagnosed with cancer within a month of each other. Funds will be raised to help those in both Pottawatomie and Wabaunsee counties as they fight their cancer battle. Recipients may use funds to defray medical insurance deductibles and/or travel expenses associated with a cancer diagnosis.
